Blue Cross Shields

Blue Cross Shields has a successful CRM by using a system that they have on their computers. Instead of teaching new employees how to operate six different screens they have a system where they only use two screens. By having this system is does not take the new employees nearly as long to go through training. I enjoyed reading about BCBS. It seems the CRM software they use helps to simplify everything, especially the training process which is usually pretty time consuming.

Amanda i love blue cross/blue shield. I have been sick and they take great care of thier customer. Without their insurance i would be up the creek in debt.
