"7C Framework"
1. Context- the context of both of these websites is mostly the same. They are both easy to work with and navigate. The only problem with anthropologies is the way they do business ove a website. Both Target and Anthropologies load their web pages fast and get to where you want it to go fast. I would say both of the websites are integrated. They have pictures of the product you want to purchase but also a caption to go along with it.
2. Content- the things that are shown on the Target website are mostly clothes. I would say half the time I am on the website I am just looking at clothes. They also provide other things like furniture and accessories. Anthropologies is also mainly clothes. They have alot of designer clothes as well as accessories. Also their bedroom stuff shows up alot, just about as much as the clothes.
3. Community- With Target I would say the communication is pretty good. You order your product, purchase it online and recieve it within 7-10 business days. With Anthropoligies on the other hand is a good communicated website, but like I said earlier about the product I ordered and didnt recieve everything I ordered, which is a lack of good communication.
4. Customization- You do not have to log-in or register for either one of these websites. With Target you can have your own account but are not obligated to. All you do is type in the URL and you are good to go. This is one thing I do like about both websites, they are easy to access when you need them.
5. Communication- The Target website if you need help or contact someone you click on the help link and you are able to e-mail them or call them by phone. Anthropologies you have to call them which is another thing I dislike about the website you cant e-mail.
6. Connection- Both of these websites have many links but do not have links to other websites. The links they have a links by category for example clothes, shoes, furniture. Those are some of the links they have on the website.
7. Target and Anthropologies both have the ability to perform transactions over the internet. Which is something I like about both of the websites, only because it is easy and much faster than mailing a check.

Likes and Dislikes
Target
http://www.target.com/ is a website that I visit often. It is an easy website to do business with and their is always something new that I want from there. This website offers clothes, furniture, and accessories of any type. I have done bussiness with them mulitple of times mostly buying clothes.
Anthropologies
http://www.anthropologies.com/ is a website that I try not to visit as often. I love the store but the website bothers me. They only have stuff on their for a limited amount of time. I purchased 2 items from there and they only sent me one. I tried to get the other one and they sold it. I dont think they do very good business over a website. They sale clothes, bedroom stuff, lamps and other accessories. I would not recommend purchasing something from this website.

Chatterbot
My chatterbot's name was Alice. She was friendly, but I could easily tell she was a computer from the way that she was repeating things. I told my sister to look at the computer and read the conversation and the only way she knew it was a computer is when I would type the same thing the computer would repeat the same thing. Besides that you would not know if it was a computer or a person. And yes it was an avaitar.
Here is the conversation I had with Alice:
Human: Hello
Alice: Hello how are you?
Human: I am fine, how is your summer?
Alice: I am having a good one, you?
Human: It is going good so far
Human: Do you like to chat online?
Alice: It is my job!
Human: I know ha ha
Alice: How do you know?
Human: Cause you said it was
Alice: Good answer
Human: I know
Alice: How do you know?
Human: I have to go
Alice: Good bye
Human: good bye
ALICE: See you later. What do you really want to talk about?
Human: nothing
ALICE: You seem a bit self-absorbed.
Human: yep
ALICE: Hmm.
Human: bye
ALICE: Goodbye.

Blue Cross Shields
Blue Cross Shields has a successful CRM by using a system that they have on their computers. Instead of teaching new employees how to operate six different screens they have a system where they only use two screens. By having this system is does not take the new employees nearly as long to go through training. This system also makes it easier to update any information needed on the computer. http://www.crm-solutions-guide.com/CRM-Solution-Success-Stories.html
